Mentally Retarded People and Execution
Our government says that its cruel to execute people the State finds mentally retarded. The logic behind this is, according to mental health experts, that the mentally retarded's characteristic suggestibility and willingness to please leads them to confess - sometimes falsely - to capital crimes. However, what could possibly be worse than than a mentally retarded criminal? Their lack of a soul combined with their gorilla like strength makes them almost unstoppable when they begin their uncoordinated crime sprees. Beating up old ladies because they want their "Pretty Kitty Hat." Throwing babies in the hot "butter flavored topping" when they try to cut in line to see the next Adam Sandler movie; meanwhile, having an epic temper tantrum. Robbing liquor stores with a plastic sword to fuel their unquenchable need for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Should they execute such people purely due to their blank stares, drooling mouths, and ability to giggle for an hour over a dead spider? You're god damn right they should! If you are already on the fringe of society and veer off to negatively effect a "normie" then off to the chamber with you. There should not be any moral issues either! It's not my fault if someone given a choice between an open door out of the prison or a trail of delicious gummy bears to the gas chamber picks the delicious gummy bears! If I was Al Qaeda, I'd recruit these guys and tell them that the President wants to play hide and seek in the White House with them and strap TNT to their chest saying they are power rods that will make them jump 10 feet high and smile with the happiness of a million rainbows. It makes more sense to execute someone who has no idea what they did was wrong than it does to execute someone who knows what they did was wrong because at least the possiblity of remorse exists with a "normie" criminal.

Abortion is Not a Legal Issue as Currently Defined
This whole Alito b/s could be avoided if like most things, the legislature made a clear law. The reason the supreme court, or any court for that matter, can be called "an activist judge" is because of vague or unclear laws. This brings the country to the topic of abortion. To my knowledge (the pineapple could be wrong), there is no law on the federal codex which forbids doctors from performing abortions. Thus, when the case came before the court originally, the justices ruled on the law and not on morals. The law doesn't state that its illegal therefore, it is legal. If the politicians want to make this such a hot button issue, pass a law then. They know they can't do this because it will literally split their supporters down the middle. They'd rather just throw names at judges who have the wonderful job of interpreting very grey laws. Same thing applies with gay marriage. How is a judge being an "activist" if he is allowing two people to have the same rights under the current laws as two other people? Thats the law, the judge is interpreting the law. Anyway, Alito.... This guy is clearly one of W's cronies and will make it to the Supreme Court. My feeling, when an abortion case comes before him ( you'll see how sure the pro-life movement is about this guy by how quickly a case comes before the supreme court (pineapple guesstimates 4-6 months)) he won't uphold the previous ruling which he basically said he'd do in his hearings. The images of him shaking pro-lifers hands outside of the confirmation hearings was evidence enough for me. Anyway, point, if the legislature were to just grow a spine and draft clean cut laws, we would never have heard the term "activist judges" and we wouldn't be worrying so much about Alito.

NO MA'AM Smaketh thee NOW
Yet another reason why feminsits shouldn't be allowed to speak. Recently, the president of the Pennsylvania Chapter for NOW (National Organization for Women) demanded the retirement of coach Joe Paterno after she misinterpreted some comments he made in regards to Florida State Linebacker A. Nichols. Basically, the case in and of it self was based around he said she said b/s and has not been decided in court yet!!! I'm sorry if the NOW klan would just rather assume all men guilty of everything, but Paterno's comments did what our legal system does, presumes innocence. As of the publishing of this blog, no prison term or punishment has been levied on the LB so why should Paterno retire? If 500,000+ angry fans and alumni can't get Joe to retire, what makes YOU think you can get the man to step down just because you think you are always right especially when you probably had no idea who he was until your Rosie O'Donnel BitchAlert Newsletter arrived in your Spam encrusted inbox. Sounds like someone needed some press. Shut up and go bake me a pie. NO MA'AM!!
